I look at you and become whole
You mend my heart, my very soul
You bring me joy where there was pain
Where there was loss, now there is gain
I feel secure, where there was fear
You were far and now you're near
I feel the sunshine in the rain
Happiness I now regain
My heart sings out, now you are mine
You turn my water into wine
You make my nightmares turn and flee
Happiness, your golden key
You've brought my child out here to play
Where there was night now there is day
You love so right, so strong and sure
A love that's true for ever more
You fill my life with new elation
You've brought me hope and pure salvation
You give my soul such sweet release
But most of all you bring me peace

True love is exactly like this. It brings a peace and security to you. It protects you from the chaos of the outside world because you have it to go to at the end of the day. You have written this so well.
Peace always,
Rita |
