SLEEPING AWAKE!

Concealing all these little lies
Far deep down inside
So many things are missing here
When I was put together
Lying awake in my room
Staring up at the some what doom
Waiting for this thing to open
What’s the point I’m still unspoken
Waiting for it to come back here
But still I know you’ll never understand
The ***** I’ve seen it cuts deep down
But doesn't compare to the unlawful sound
I’m hiding hurt that burns inside
Which only fills their selfish pride
I’ve had to push myself inside
And build a wall I could hide behind
I’ve been places in my mind
They couldn’t even begin to find
I’m in a place they’ll never see
Beginning to scream silently
Sleeping awake choking on a dream
Listening loudly to those silent screams
On my knees alive but dead
Look at the invisible blood I’ve bleed
I know I’m dead but who’s to say
This is hell forever I’ll stay

Good. I thought it seemed a bit slow in the beginning but it definietly picked up at the end. Good write
