Insertion of a tube into my chest
A bag drips, an IV pushed
Why me? Is this some test?
Hair retreated
Pain now greeted
Skin ashen
Appetite absent
Heart pumps weakened blood in constant struggle
Is this deadly cure worth the gamble
Brought to the edge of death to kill a rouge cell
Fore one companion has already fell
Ninety minutes of this prescription
Two weeks without constitution
Waiting on this deadly cure
This tribulation hard to endure
Three more now are shadow and dust
My final rest has been discussed
My body lies in ruination
Will I be next to fall into annihilation.......

woo so sad yet a masterpeice.
My Mom took one dose of chemotheraphy then refused any more.
My father refused any when he got prostrate cancer and lived ten or years longer than the Dr's predicted. My mom passed away but their cancer was both different types.
U never know but in the same sense my Dad's brother died from his chemotherapy.
Faith kept my dad here. He did it for his eight kids but Mom was just tired.
god bless u for sharing your thoughts-n-fears 'cause no one will ever know what u go thru but now we can see thru your eyes-n-heart.
I will keep u in my prayers dailey.
luv, huggs, prayer, strength, faith, hope, joy, peace,
emy |

I am lost for words. My heart cries out for you.
My mother had ovarian cancer but it was so far advanced that she was not offered any treatment it was to late. I pray that the treatment makes you better. I cannot begin to feel the turmoil you must be going through. You are in my prayers. Please keep me informed of your progress. Pm me if you need another hand to hold on to.
Healing thoughts are sent to you today.
Lots of love Angelxxxx |

It affects different people in different ways, mostly because of the stage of the tumor. I can only say to you that if it works you were greatly blessed. If it doesn't then your tumor was probably too far progressed. My Aunt suffered so bady after her rad/chemo did not work. She prayed for Father Spirit to come to get her. All I can say to you is keep a positve attitude and try to adhere to a healthy diet when you can eat. Exercise and believe in your mind it is and will make you well. The attitude and will to live has a lot to do with it, truly.
Sending strengh and hugs to you,
Rita |
