We are all destined to find our one true love.
When I found my wife, she was all I could think of.
But little did I know that disaster was close at hand.
How can I go on without my sweet Suzanne?
CHORUS:
When we met in that crowded room, I knew I was going to marry her.
I'd been uncertain about things in the past but this time I was sure.
She was my lady and I was proud to be her man.
But tragedy soon took my sweet Suzanne.
She was very beautiful and so full of charm.
It hurts to no longer be able to hold her in my arms.
She would want me to go on with my life but I'm not so sure I can.
A big hole came in my heart when I lost my sweet Suzanne.
On a cold winter night a car crash brought her life to a tragic end.
I lost my soulmate as well as my best friend.
She was so full of life and we had so many plans.
But now it's all over because I've lost my sweet Suzanne.
