Fool

Topic: Lifepoems

They say life's what you make it,
But I dont think thats fair,
Look at me, going nowhere,
I see all these people, they lie and they cheat,
They always end up back on their feet,
Then there's me, I'm honest I care,
Do anything for anyone.........
WHY?
It gets me nowhere.

I guess having morals isn't much fun,
But at least this way I dont hurt anyone,
So i'll go on with my life, boring as *****,
Watching the bad guys get all the luck,
In the hope that one day things may change,
And the good in people will result in gain,
But I wont hold my breath,
And I wont get my hopes up,
Because i'm one of life's losers,
With nothing but ***** luck,

Dont get me wrong, I am grateful to have,
All of the good things from life i have managed to grab,
I just find life hard not easy at all,
I dont understand things, i'm simply a fool ........

for a first attempt this is quite good.
don't think goodness makes you a fool, just because some horrible people think kindness is for fools....... in return you'll get plenty, but in along run

hey this is pretty good.
whatever u do, stay honest and kind and good. i kno u should do this because i once was this same way feeling like a fool, and so i changed and trust me, not for the better and it looks easy on the outside, but there is a battle o the inside of all those people. and once u change, it is hard to get back, im still trying to get back.
nice poem
luv Kortnie
