Lower than Higher

Contributed by sheaa on Saturday, 6th August 2005 @ 01:45:01 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

You told me to believe
So I looked you in the eye and tried
But there was only one thing I could see
And I could only remember the way they lied
I'm a hipochrit, a liar
He's gone, it's lit, and I'm lower than higher
Show me something real
Give me something to feel
I'm living somewhere else and it's starting to look fake
I'm aware of everything at stake
So kiss me
Deeply
Don't fight it, embrace it
You and I, we're something different
Something worth fighting for
I tried to impress you
Kind of funny...you know, the things I'd do
I put on a play, you watch me act
Under all the laughs, and I want my life back
Then again, there were some heart-felt smiles
And thoughts that could stretch me out for miles
Your the one I live for...and the one I would die
But I'll never show it
I'm afraid for you to know it
I've never needed anyone like this before
And honestly, a part of me is a little unsure
Then you come around
And my whole world is upside down
I'm a hipochrit, a liar
You're here, it's lit, and I'm lower than higher.
