Through the unfaithful claps of thunder that shake the midnight sky to life,
Through the innocent shine of stars, so bright, our breath escapes our lips,
Through storms so enraged we feel hatred’s touch against our skin,
its whisper against our ears,
through the ray’s of truth, so extravagant,
we hear heaven’s angels sing us their light,
Our Worlds Collide.
A friendship was born out of the simplicity of
Jokes and laughter,
And the complexity of trust and secrets.
It has traveled through
Petty fights
And has heard the sound of heartbreaks.
It has survived nights we fall apart,
Hold the pieces in our hands
And cry.
It has struggled through the process of
Mending back our smiles,
Tucking away our tears
And laughing.
And through all the times just know,
I’m here for you.

A true friend will be there for you through good, bad, or indifference. Yes, we all need that security that someone will always be there. This tells of how through even odd circumstances solid friendships are built that will last a lifetime. Very nice work.
Smiles,
