Paranoia

Contributed by Asthenia on Saturday, 30th July 2005 @ 11:05:27 PM in AEST
Topic: Suicide

"Paranoia"

The nightmares, the cold sweat
The numbness and blurred vision
The feelings being processed
The voices in my head

The panics rising up inside of me again
As I dream of all the hollow words that caved in
I should have been a pawn to a beautiful queen
But I was my own destruction this time it seems

All the pretty colors are turning grey
All the pretty moments have gone away
'Cause I can hear both of their hearts chyme
Somebody tell me it's all in my mind
Somebody tell me this desperation I feel
and the vomit on the floor isn't real

Quick breathing, tears seeping
The terror of error
The darkness drowning the light
The head-ache, the heart break
Farewell and goodnight,
farewell and goodnight to you

I thought this was a very piece.

Very raw and honest indeed.

A great attempt at conveying one's private hysteria. I liked it.

Thanks for sharing.
