Rummaging through your garbage
I come across a leaflet
A parchment
With a drawing of my heart on it
With an arrow directly centered
The dart that missed by a fraction
Of a centimeter
Of the yellow fever
With the dust that blew in
From the westward forest fire
The ashes that cover my face
A disguise of a burnt fate
Race car driver
Piloting this automated
Space suite flyer
JFK conspirator denier
Secret cells of the government
Hide the ship they called challenger
A voyage unprecedented
Shifting into the apple cider
One good deed begets another
And if you wrongly use the word “begets”
Well then, you sir, are just a plain liar
A simple man
Chewing gum
With his pants on fire
With a puny mind
A scrawny frame
With outdated worn attire
If you remove the nail
You make it leak
A dripping sound
That drops to the beat
To the hum of the bird
To the whistle that spits through my teeth
Here is a thought
Get your own thoughts
Buy them
Now adays’, who knows what they’ll cost
Perhaps an arm and a leg
Lost to frost
Bite down on your finger
When you want to scream
All hope is still not lost
Its when you dream
That all bets finally come off
All your cloths are finally tossed
On the floor
Where the ground held the gravitational force

This write is splendid. It took my mind and whirled it through space and finally let me land. You imagery is beyond compare. It is like you are saying 'there is good, there is bad, there is maybe, then there is life.' Amazing piece of work, sir.

I love the last three lines..
but the write, in its entirety, was a moving one..
you've spoken volumes in only a few short lines
It's amazing-
perpetual idealism..is the sum up for me.
Incredible-
