A past secret,
dropped along the sand,
no ones there to hold,
my freezing hand.
A future hope in safety,
held under lock and key,
and if only you knew,
what it means to me.
A whisper in the wind,
is all that i hear,
so how am i to know,
if you are coming near?
a ray of warm sunlight,
behind clouds of grey,
hoping this is right,
for us each day.
a new challenge,
every minute-every hour,
its time to overcome,
the need of endless power.
a memory lost to the breeze,
and yet im still remembering,
the day you walked away,
you walked away from me.

great write, i really enjoy a poem that your able to follow with rhythem, and it was easy to do in this one, very good job
