Whats it gonna be?
Im staring through the trees
I can feel it coming around
I can feel it in the breeze
Its tearing through my heart, and brings me to my knees

How was I to know
That it wasnt meant for me?
How was I to know
That it wasnt meant to be?

Tear it down and build again
Im pusing through the sand
I can feel it in the sun
As it slowly burns my skin
Its tearing through my heart
And I know that I cant win

How was I to know
That it truly wasnt meant to be
How where we to know
That it wasnt meant for me?

So I guess I'll say good bye
I can feel it in me
I stand down from this fight
I'll say goodbye tonight!

I loved it.. thats really all there is to say.. it hit close to home.. this was a great write.. really nice.. good job.. sarah
