Shattered I’ve fallen , broken from the inside out
Holding on to what amounts to nothing,
Giving in to this last breath
I’m falling into your arms, I cant stand anymore
I’m lost in all this misery , and this is all that’s left of me.
I’ve come this far only to lose,
I’ve lost everything , I gave in to u
This is my only hope,
But there’s no light in the dark
Please come hold me forever , because I cant live anymore
I’m going under, and this is all that’s left of me.
I’m stuck in this moment, this memory
Time goes right past me as I miss you being with me
I close my eyes, but I have no more faith
I’m losing control , I’m to blind to see.
I’ve lost myself , but you can find me
I need you with me , but there’s nothing left of me.
I need you to love me.
But I don’t know if you do
And you shouldn’t promise me a broken dream,
If you cant be what I need.
I’ll love you forever ,
But will you ever love me?

| This poem contains feelings that I can certainly sympathise with. The texture seems a little un-even which I like as it represents the turmoil, you are going through. I think this is a good poem, Thank you for sharing it x |
