In the ever hopeful core of my dreams,
In the pupil of everything I am…
Do you see desire
So strong it sets the midnight sky on fire,
Causing each star to shiver,
And Each angel in heaven to shine?
Do you see passion rising in waves of determination
Elevated so high you get strung off its sight,
Dizzy of its breath,
Drunk off its mere touch as it brushes past your skin?
Do you see possibility in my eyes as they hand
You back your reflection magically?
No?
Then let these questions and thoughts
forever mark
Their place in your memory,
Holding in just slightly
you need to be reminded again,
And when I reach the top,
I’ll do you the honors.

Nicely written! Interesting formation of stanzas. Reminded me slightly (its theme) of Rudyard Kipling's poem "If". Consider reading that for further insipiration.

"Do you see possibility in my eyes as they hand you back your reflection?" This line had me all the way, loved the flow of your words and the emotion within them. You will have no problems reaching the top.
