Liar.

Topic: StoryPoetry

Faking what she sees, and her personality.
She tries so hard to fit in this world of liars.
Her smile is fading as is her originality.
What does she have now, but wicked desires?
How she stands, shows her lack of confidence.
By every step she takes, you can tell she's afraid to lose.
But, how she talks makes her seem worthy of the attention.
It's a liars masquerade of truth.
She used to be so beautiful, so innocent, so pure.
Her tries keep getting weaker, and her wrist are getting scarred.
Her friends all tell her she's gorgeous, but she's so insecure.
She's blocking all the help out, by putting up her guard.
All the guys use her attempts of satisfaction.
Her boyfriend uses her to get just what he needs.
I tell her it's not okay to give-up what you're after.
Behind her loving smile, she's not what she seems.
"Let's hear it for the whore, we all love."
Say the boys in the cafeteria, while laughter fills the room.
She feels the tears roll down her face, as the kids all clap.
Her smile has died, but she'll be out of this world soon.

Great write, it says a lot about the world we live in. And the words in your poem apply to so many girls I know, including myself. It's definitely something that every teenage girl could relate to in some way...keep up the great work!
