Thankyou Andrew

Topic: LovePoetry

I rushed on home without delay
It had been an awful day
Although I'd tried hard to be strong
Everything just turned out wrong

I felt so low, I felt so sad
Work had made me feel so mad
Rules and pressure all the time
Aching, throbbing, head of mine

Home at last in time for tea
You there, waiting just for me
Start to tell you of my pain
Then I start to weep again

You talk to me and soothe me down
Kiss me, take away my frown
Show me how much you love me
And how life is supposed to be

Work, a means to make an end
Not an enemy, nor a friend
Close the door at end of day
Time for pleasure, time for play

Thankyou, for your love so strong
Showing me where I belong
Here with you, so safe , secure
I'll be yours for evermore

A relationship at it's best here!
Nothing like coming home to the
one you love and having them take
the days anguish off your shoulders.
great write.
