life on the road full of endless adventures
walking the highway thumb in the air
walking with all that i own no stress not one care
endless nights and heat filled days the problems i must face
rain and wind and the thought of death always puts me in my place
strangers and junkies looking at my pack
waiting for the eventuall time when they will attack
lonelyness and heartach pain i know to well
when you have been running as long as i have its so easy to tell
ditches and benches alleyways and parks another home for the night
wolves and thieves running the dark feeding of the fright
churches and hostiles my full coarse meals hotdog water and bread
never able to find the lord most of the spirits are dead
preachers and goverment telling me im wrong i should trust in societies laws
never beliving anythings wrong never noticing there flaws
back on the road another city to see
on the street where i am me
