We laughed, we cried, I guess, we tried
Too hard, to see, just what, we'd be,
If only, we could, do what, we should
Our love, could grow, the joy, would show

We could, I know, we will, I know
All needed, is chance, not one, a second glance
At what, we shared, nothing else, could've compared
But now, it's gone, it's all, withdrawn.
