It feels like I have been stung
And my whole body has gone numb
I live my life on the outside,
Observing it all from aside,
Like I’m not experiencing it,
Like this is not how I live
I am beyond it all
And I feel small,
Like I have no say in my life,
No thought in how I fight the strife
I feel numb from head to toe
And do not care that I have to go,
I’ve become numb to it all
It does not hurt when I fall
My mind is lost and gone,
It left when everything went wrong
My body, left to fight alone,
Grew numb so it did not have to fight on its own
Living life everyday
With nothing to say
Growing hard and cold
Feeling like my soul has been sold
It feels like I have been stung
And my whole body has gone numb

Hmmm...very nice. Very dark. Good describtion of the emotion. And the like the others have said...you are not alone.
