(To some fool that will probably never read this)

It leaves an aftertaste that will not go
A bitter reminder of what I know
The irritatingly constant reason why
I cannot forget, you lied.
You think I missed it, that I don’t know
But I didn’t and now I’m telling you so
So stop for a minute and consider this
Did you really get your wish?
