four two by twos they
haunt her
for they are worth
no apology for the distress
they cast on her
as if no worth
she keeps it quiet
tried to control her anger
but like a curse
they keep coming back
haunting her
for they were worth
is that life
for her
is that life
for her
where's the prince they promised
where's the castle
they saw to it
forever and ever
will she stay like this
she don't want to
but she is still the fool
still a fool

Hope she found a way to deal with it, you did a terrific job here. Write one with a happy ending and read it to her, maybe that'll help- a bit. |
