Glass Sippers Have a Tendency to Shatter

Theres a puncture in his shell,
And the world is dripping in,
Taking all his purity ,
Finding the catacombs within,
This heart is torn apart,
With mixed and tremulant emotion,
Link an engine deciding to start,
A blind man inside his ocean.

It dosent last too long,
This Illusion,
Source of pollution,
Utter confusion,
A carnival carnivore fusion,
At midnight you run,
It dosent last too long,
This Illusion,
Source of pollution,
Utter confusion,
A carnival carnivore fusion,
At midnight you run,
It dosent last too long.

Bubble wrap opens up,
With a satisfying pop,
Open eyelids awake to pain,
And its never gonna stop,
No longer blind but still unaware,
Of the things that people do,
A fairy tale begins to fail,
And you see the world is screwed.

It dosent last too long,
This Illusion,
Source of pollution,
Utter confusion,
A carnival carnivore fusion,
At midnight you run,
It dosent last too long,
This Illusion,
Source of pollution,
Utter confusion,
A carnival carnivore fusion,
At midnight you run,
It dosent last too long.

Your coach awaits you,
Going down to the ball,
Something written on the wall,
With the blood of your fairy godmother,
Your mind escapes you,
Shadows start to crawl,
Your heart begins to stall,
As its prescence starts to smother.

It dosent last too long,
This Illusion,
Source of pollution,
Utter confusion,
A carnival carnivore fusion,
At midnight you run,
It dosent last too long,
This Illusion,
Source of pollution,
Utter confusion,
A carnival carnivore fusion,
At midnight you run,
It dosent last too long.

The reality of life is certainly far removed from fairy tales. Yes, glass slippers do shatter if you really wear them and toads don't turn to handsome princes no matter how many times you kiss them.

Great song here Ricky,
I'd love to hear it put to music. I especially liked the beginning of this write......His shell, that is great, for don't we all live in our shells. And in this system, we all wear masks....it's hard to tell...........just who you might be!
Loved the lyrics.
Unusal again!
Warm love
