A boy walks down a barren empty street.
He wonders how he is to delete all
These sorry memories of the backseat.
Where relationships were built like brick walls
One night was all it took to break them down.
And so prefect did the evening begin.
They laughed and joked their way through the old town.
But late that night be felt it in his skin
And as it seeped into his blood stream.
He knew that there was no turning back.
The lives that they knew had turned into steam.
Through the middle of his heart was a crack.
Years later the solid gold will shatter.
Pieces are served on a silver platter.
