Mission Statement

Contributed by CodyJ on Thursday, 14th July 2005 @ 09:17:33 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I want to bring you down.
Lay you down on your back,
take your feet off the ground,
lay your hair in the grass,
just stare at you forever.
I want to take the clouds from the sky,
put them on an ice cream cone,
give you extra sprinkles,
as we watch the butterflies.
I want you to laugh till you pee.
Disgusting, still we
can laugh all day anyway.
Most of all, I want to bring you home.
Drop you off at your doorstep,
wait on the porch for the peck
on my cheek, then off I go,
call you on the cell phone,
talk untill to the sun comes up
when the coffee's gone
and the rooster crows,
so you'll never feel,
like you're ever alone.
I just want to lay next to you,
to see the best of you,
to make your life seem true,
or just to be,
with you
