I’m on high,
I float about drifting from head to toe, I love everything about him.
It’s unexplainable how much I need him at that moment in time.
So I stop it,
A hazy glow circles us,
Our eyes meet, and the world is right again.
I realize that I have always needed him
And I always will.
But my drugs were only temporary
He ripped the needle from the vein
My world wasn’t real,
And neither were his feelings.

| Very good but a little short. I would have liked to have heard more about the decay of the relationship. You have done a good job capturing an experience in time......expand on it. Great job. |
