As I was seated on the floor,
He opened his mouth
And the moon leapt about.
I found myself filled
With inexplicable glee
Then the moon hurdled,
Jumped out to sea
So I ran and ran with
Him beside me.
But the moon had gone
Up the sky.
And so had he.

Coffee Cup was my favorite..I find with your other poems they are lacking the transitions..You have emotion, just are clearly showing it...
Keep writing though :) |
