A TV and Cheese Puff Tragedy

Contributed by WorthlesSanity666 on Tuesday, 12th July 2005 @ 05:13:53 PM in AEST
Topic: HumorPoetry

There’s a man with a middle
as round as a tub.
Don’t you dare
try to tell him that it’s all flub.

He sits on his
brown, leather couch,
scratching his b***s
and being a grouch.

There is no part
in his greasy brown hair
The forest on his chest
screaming for Nair.

All he does is watch
TV all day,
the crumbs in his cleavage
slowly becoming a buffet.

From The Early Show
To David Letterman,
the desolate couch is his
eternal haven.

He wishes he was like
the burly men on the television
with all their
money and sexy women.

But the lonely bachelor
cries and snuffs,
sitting with no one but his
cheese puffs.

LOL to:

"Screaming for Nair..."

AND

"Slowly becoming a buffet..."

This is quite the lonely write! I see the moral to it, and hopefully others do as well...Sadly, this is becoming a reality for too many people!! Nice job.

Scorp.

It is funny, yet sad. It is true for some. I feel as if that is me sometimes (except a woman). :o) Good write, very creative and descriptive.
