pure love

Contributed by happy_girl on Tuesday, 12th July 2005 @ 01:04:55 AM in AEST
Topic: FriendshipPoetry

You’re all talking about your friends
And this subject will never end

So why don’t I talk about mine too?
His love is endless, pure and true

I have lots of friends though
No one’s like him as you know

He’s the one from above
Who sends to all his sweet love

He’s the one who I go to
When I feel sad and blue

He’s the one who always cares
He’s my friend, yours, even theirs

He takes away my fears
He’s who clears my tears

He loves all of us more than anyone
He wants us to know that he’s never gone

He’s like a father, We’re like his sons
He doesn’t like us to play with guns

He’s always here in times of need
Let’s make him happy by good deeds.

thank you! that's what faith is supposed to be! that's how HE really is. the hipocrasy and the way people say he hates sinners and we should fear him sickens me. poetry like yours, words like yours. that spreads faith. the other spreads hatred and war. our world has seen enough of that. we need more pure love like yours. beautiful!
