This man standing before me
Exudes in me
A feeling so pure and sound
Causing me to
Relish in his presence so profound
In his healing embrace
Is this hope that I have found?
Dearest Father in the heavens
I thank you
For creating such a beautiful mortal
Such as this
A magnificent working
Of your spiritual hands
I find myself in awe
As we gently kiss
For God has finally sent me
My angel on earth
The one in whom I can confide
Yes you are the one
That arouses the joy in my eyes
Making all my distress subside
I just want this to last forever
You and I
On this subliminal evening
In which my heart has left the ground
Reviving my life once again my love
This is really hope that I have found.
I’ve found hope in you.
