Every day, I get to thinking
About how much this summer means to me
Everyday, I wear a smile
Because this summer is exactly what I want it to be

Would you please grab me a Pepsi
And a slice of pizza while you're at it
And I'll give you everything you've ever wanted
Because this life is far to short to waste
And I have no intention
Of letting this night slip by
Without feeling your kiss

I remember in late June
I looked into your eyes, and noticed how the shimmered
Like sapphires in an undiscovered mine
So please close them tight, and kiss me one more time
