A river running

You are a river running over the silver of my love.
Your smile is an autumn breeze, a crisp sun over the water of your lips.
You are an endless spring rain.
Your eyes are brown and emerald skies; I am lost in the depth of those skies.
Your breasts are as sleeping mountains drifting with snow
(My fingers couple, pause, consider the desert sands),
Your breasts are as sleeping mountains sifting colored sands;
They are as i remember them.
You are the soft, increasing tide; I lay in the current of your love,
I drink of your waters, and I am set free.
