Youre gone away,how I miss you so,
I wish time would pass,
I wish that you did'nt have to go,
but this time away wont last,
I cry when I hear your voice on the phone,
I wish I could be there,
Me & the kids just want you home,
life sometimes isn't fare,
I know you have to do this,
we need the money,
please remember our last kiss,
I really miss you, honey!
I can't wait till the day,our eyes meet again,
and your body is next to mine,
but all I can do is wait untill than,
how slowly goes the time,
when I hear you say,"I love you,"
my heart skips a beat,
with tears in my eyes I say"me too",
as we drift off to sleep!
