oops

so negative
so ungrateful is how i feel
i cry about being alone
yet i make myself that way
im just seeing this
just taking it all in
looking around at all i have to be grateful for
yet all i do is enhance the bad
when did this happen?
how did i become such a negative person
why has it taken me so long
to see it is eating me alive
im pushing everyone away from me
i always fear the worst
but i thought if i did that
then when things werent so bad
it would make it easier
to deal with
ive never been an optimistic person
maybe i need to do some changing
total 180
i just hope i can stick with it
and just smile and laugh
and actually mean it this time

I can totally relate to your poem...just remember everything you have to be grateful for, and don't take anything for granted..those are the ingredients to staying optimistic...I know because I struggle with that too...anyway..good luck with that and good write!
