Life has its ups and downs.
So when I get down I feel like a lowlife.
I was once a housewife.
But now I am noones wife.
So I reach for the knife.
Cause I feel like such a lowlife.
I thought I was a goodwife.
But now I am noones wife.
But I dont want to be a midwife.
Then the night life gets me down.
Cause I feel like such a lowlife.
Cause I am noones wife.
Just a lowlife.

| good write... and kudos for using the wife/knife rhyme... its really a hard to rhyme word... but you did pretty good at it... and i liked the repitition of lowlife in the poem too |
