Topic: Tributes

Why do you have to leave,
after all you have been thru,
is it something i've done,
or something i've said,
I just don't know anymore.

When I need a friend to talk to,
you are always there,
telling me that it's all ok,
and it wasn't my fault.

I remember the day you told,
I bursted out in tears,
just knowing that my one true friend,
was slowly leaving my side.

You know that I will always love you,
I'll always be here to talk,
and when the time finally comes,
I'll be with you for the long walk.
