You've seen it all
the tears the pain,
you've heard my lonely heart complain.
You've heard me cry through out the night,
you've seen me fail and give in to the fight.
You've felt my bitter tears run down,
you kept telling me to stay calm.
At first I didn't believe my friends,
but I soon realised they were telling the truth.
I stopped trying to believe,
so then I told him he had to leave.
I was sad and very upset,
I was even thinking about taking him back.
But I soon realised I didn't need him,
no matter how upset that made me.
I tried to get him off my mind,
and tried to forget about how much he hurt me,
but deep down I was still hurting,
and all I needed was time.
I'm sorry to my friends,
for believing him over them,
but thanks heaps to them all,
for being there when I needed them most.
I love you guys with all my heart,
you always know what to say,
and when to say it,
so thank you for saving me from this world.
