It has got to be that time again
for three old friends to reunite
Myself, my thoughts, my pain
To reminice battles fought
and heros from the past
To remember the time bought
and things not meant to last
Soon again they will part
with lies known to be true
and leaving me with a broken heart,
late nights and tangled thoughts of you.

Heart-wrenching write!!
Every word is powerful, i can relate very much, especially the last stanza, that ones wrenched with pain.
Its great for a draft, keep it up. |
