If she could scream loud enough
The whole world would know your name
If she could scream loud enough
The whole world would know your pain
Even if she could scream loud enough
No one in the world would know
What role she plays in this sick game

She tries so she cries
To be a little something more
Giants aren't bigger than this

If she were only to be quiet
You might hear your own heart beat
If she were only to be quiet
You may be able to catch your breath
If only she were to be silent
You might have time to think
For yourself and break away
