Spill
Why should anyone undergo
something as harsh as truth
it tried me once, I spat it out
until my face turned pale
put up a fight as it sure did
I took back my breath
as the place I roam
the love I took
I broke it all in half
The colours spill
shreds for wings
the butterflies
Make the sky turn blue
and now
there is just you
Once on earth
I roam the sky
where the butterflies threw up their colours
where the truth can fly
in dreams we live
and think to be
today is where the worms will live to die
colours run
like blood they will
and life forever gone
in sleep we/'/ll find
a lifelong grasp
on eternity
