A Perilous Plight
The eerily silent night
Reigns upon the vast terrain
Dreams of many
Wishes of but a few
Soon the people
Will start a day
Of new
Those less fortunate
Will not see the light
Of the coming day
For Lucifer has come
To take them away
Stolen by the dark of night
Their pain and fright
Has become their passage
Their way of life
In the hands of Satan
They will suffer
A perilous plight
At his command
They shall become
His evil delight
