Classic
Needing a time machine
Because the present is so played out
Heading for '85 or something close just about
The times are changing but we're not playing
Along with society's little charade
I wanna wear my hair down with all its volume
Rock out to hit bands and singers with you
Relive the old days our parents can't stop talking about
Makes me wanna whip out my leather jacket
And sing out what they call racket
Cuz man nowadays they seem to lack it
A life that we can call Classic
It's good to know that you're on the same page
When it comes to matters of this day and age
If we could change em you know we really would
But for now we can travel back to when things were good
Found some old vinyls and my dad's electric guitar
To play the best beats out of all them so far
No autotune these recordings were made to last
Let's turn the tables of time and make it fast
I wanna wear my hair down with all its volume
Rock out to hit bands and singers with you
Relive the old days our parents can't stop talking about
Makes me wanna whip out my leather jacket
And sing out what they call racket
Cuz man nowadays they seem to lack it
A life that we can call Classic
