Snowed Sun shining down on glistening snow
Silently creating an impressive light show
Jack Frost blankets the windows today
Snowman urges folks to come and play

City plows trudging down icy streets
Covering cars and passerby's feet
No need to shovel there's more to fall
Grab your coat throw a couple snowballs

Lakes now frozen and plowed to rinks
Families all gathered bringing hot drinks
Ski slopes open all their runs
Wintertime equals cold weather fun
