letting go Breathe in and out
count to ten
Let all the pain out
thats trapped within

Close your eyes
and count back
From ten to one
dont lose track

Ten, nine, eight,
seven, six, five
Take a deep breath,
keep your mind alive

Four, three, two
your almost down to one
Take a deep breath
your almost done

The only number left
Is loneliest of all
Number one,
standing proud and tall
