Get Over Her I must get over her
She's just not ready
It's so hard to do
I thought we'd be steady

It's even harder to accept it
For my soulmate she is
It's such a small world
We even worked in the same biz

I poured my heart out to you
Just the other day
I still can't believe
You have nothing at all to say

Blinded by your love
Is just how I feel
Like two turtle doves
My feelings were real

I wanted to hold you
All of your days
But your love has me hindered
It's like I'm running through a maze

I'm a grown ass man
And I have no time for games
On my own two feet I'll stand
Being a better man will be my gain

We were perfect for each other
I'm sorry I have to go
The emotional stress is to much
Getting over you I must do so
