His hand is on me No more lost wishes on shooting stars
No more empty prayers whispered with no hope in my heart
No more feeling alone and scared with every breath that I take
No more searching for love and finding heartache or hate
No more existing in a self made cell behind bars

No more feeling like trash, thrown out and used
No more feeling ashamed holding my head down from the sun
No more selfish actions that cause others sadness or pain
No more giving my heart to men who didn't really love me
No more looking to them for completion, and feeling confused

Valentines Day everything changed, a new beginning, the clutch of death unbound
Light of the spirit radiated through me from my feet to my soul
Forgiveness, forgiven, loved and complete
Warm light, true believer, melts down the bars
What I have looked for my entire life, I have found
