Doubting Love as the days reach to nights
I often think
"maybe it was too good to be true"

the moments I spent wondering
will this love last forever
are often the same moments
when I think
"maybe, but I doubt it"

not every day is a war
but when it is
only blood and tears have been shred

there were moments where I felt
no amount of love can heal this wound
until you came up to me
and said
"wanna bet?"

all I know is that
love is the one thing
that no one can
live with or without
