Jesus was Lord (But Maybe Not) Sing his Praises!
Everyday!
The Lord is Jesus!
And Jesus the Lord!
I think!

Who else, I ask!
Who else, could do all the things he do!
Who else, could light the morning sky!
And extinguish flame at night!

Jesus is lord!
Jehu!
Coachman who drives furiously!
Walking with the sand!
Where he carried me!
The footprints do tell!

Jesus is godhead!
Jesus is math!
Even though I never understand!
Jesus is smooth!
Smooth creamy ranch!
Spilled on pants to the dry cleaner sent!

Sing his Praise!
Tell his song!
Of his pyramids built!
And world series won!

Who else!
I guess possibly someone else!
I have my doubts!

Self flagellation opus dei!
Mortification of the flesh!
Attempts to quiet the mind of doubts!
Jesus is lord I shout!

Every Christmas morning!
Desires compromise with the real!
The unknowable aspect of God!
Which lies beyond his actions or emanations!

Eggs and Toast!
And Ranch and syrup!
Coffe with Rum!
And Ranch Nog too!
Doubts set aside!
A plate that is full!
