Laughed In Stitches Till I Got Bumble Bee Britches by Fred Monte Lassonde Well it is that time of year and the gardens are in but I was looking for inspriation to write a poem about that and realized I diod not wish to encounter any critters so I will go with old poem again! :) Laughed In Stitches Till I Got Bumble Bee Britches

As I was while walking through the garden one day

Just a smiling, singing and whistling all the way

Came across some large excited Bumble Bees

saw them close by with their Hive in the Lilac trees

Very happy was I to see these Bees yellow and black

Kept on a whistling as I enjoyed the fact that they were back

Just kept on whistling and walking along as I sized up my garden

As I strolled along swatted at a Bee and begged its pardon

It did seem quite funny and so I laughed in stitches

But not for long as I got Bumble Bee Britches!
