In That Faraway Land by Fred Monte Lassonde
In That Faraway Land by Fred Monte Lassonde
In a faraway land on the soft sea sand
I fell in love with you
In that far away land I held your loving hand
Will you love me too?
Now in that faraway land by the tropic sea
We held hands both you and me
Two hearts became intertwined that lovely day
only to be separated, now we live so far away
Oh, that tropic sea Island so far, far away
Leaves me thinking of you to this very lonesome day
In a faraway land on the soft sea sand
I fell in love with you!
Now in that faraway land
an Island of tropic sand
where there you still live
I only for you have love to give
Oh, how I wash I was back on that Island
Walking with you through that soft sand
Forever I would hold your dear hand
In that faraway land.
