I'm Doing My Best Is it the rules to disrespect your brother, to hold a smirk to another.
To laugh at a strangers attempt to say hello?
This all goes down so fast, the water runs so deep.
I can see the sun in your smile, I am sorry for the coldness of my friends surround.
I saw the bravery in your walk.

These childhood laughs are not of my choosing.
We see the frame and the box.
Not the strokes that come between.
The cloud that resolves your smitten view.
Only pointed illusion with a reversed finger.
This all goes down so fast, no rules in the game, just borrowed dice.
Only time is the judge of tomorrow, it forgives itself in the morning.
All its secrets gone.
The coldness is you.

I am a frame, I am not in this box of unresolved emotional distress.
Can't we be the same in the end, like the beginning.
All fresh smiles an new relations.
Can't you see everything goes down in the end.
The water is not dammed, just like you.
It flows from heart to heart.
Zombie eyes are not good enough.
Dead lines are dead ends.
We all just gave up.
Forgetting to sit down.
Enjoy the ride, this all goes down so fast.
I was saved from a stranger like you.
Eyes shut.
Welcomed view.
I once was you.
