IT Breath...feel the air as it passes through your lungs and enjoy the moment
Embrace this and hold it
Don't try to control it
Watch it blossom and become amazing
Nurture it, never neglect it
And witness how it will change your life
Alive; the way it makes you feel.
Cherish it, it doesn't last forever
But it always makes it's return with a fiery passion
Work for it
Don't lose it
Hold it
It makes us who we are
It shows us
It gives us the human element
